Arifureta Kiseki also means Ordinary Miracle. Basically a woman, played by the Gokusen gangster teacher, Nakama Yukie and a man, (Kase Ryo) met by chance or fate, depending on how you'd interprete it, while trying to save a man from killing himself in front of a train. After that they exchanged mails and that was where they started their journey.

The first episode didn't offer much yet. The problem with it is the SLOW PACED setting that i can't help but really wanted to hit the fast forward button Which i admitted in doing maybe 2-3 times...it helps to get the pace going anyway.

Seeing Nakama Yukie in a more passive manner for her character this time is refreshing yet it seemed bit awkward. and Ryo Kase looked like he's lost in translation. (maybe it's the character) but still...the both of them somehow don't look like their minds or spirits are in the story. They felt distant. Nothing much interesting at all in the first episode. (i wonder if i should continue watching).

(i just wanted to give it a try out of curiosity)
